I just found out about this today, but apparently there are different language versions of several of the HE games available for free to those who bought the games on Steam! As of July 28, 2014, these are the foreign dubs available:

Sorry, that's my mistake.  Putt: Confused FF5 only has French, Russian, and Dutch versions on Steam.

*edit: Just double-checked everything, the list should be 100% accurate now.

The question is, do they have any meaningful access to material, or are they still getting everything from warez sites? Because if they are, you aren't gonna be seeing much UK material.

Interesting to note that they do have Hebrew versions of several of the games, but they can't put them on Steam because Steam doesn't support the language.
