backyard football has some cheats to unlock barry dejay and adner, but they cannot be unlocked through game-play or achievements. they can only be accessed through hacking the code, or downloading a patch.
the only known way is to use the cheats feature on PCSX2 PS2 emulator.
NOTE: this only works with the 2005 release of the game.
