Unused Spy Fox 3 cutscene?

When I was playing with Spy Fox 3: Operation Ozone for the first time, I messed around with the SCUMMVM debugger.
And much to my surprise, there actually is an unused 3rd Poodles Galore gloating cutscene that no one seems to bring up.

How to activate it is through cheating and is not activated during normal gameplay, how to perform it is to select the Prickly Pear or the Tapioca and Secret XY Donut recipe.
The Pearl and Clay paths don't activate the third cutscene for whatever strange reason.
Depending on the path you choose, once you've completed one of them, go to the debug item menu (Room 7) and obtain said pear and donut items.
Once you've obtained the Chikle and the pizza/donut, give Pia the item you need and she'll give Spy Fox the food needed for the pill.

Then voila, the cutscene is activated!

No sorry, I can only activate the normal first cutscene doing this.

This is not unused!!! This is a normal cutscene! I get it all the time when I play it!
