Getting Steamy
They've announced that the Humongous games are coming to Steam! http://t.co/Y4bxfZERIZ
Some trailers are on their site and youtube. http://humongous.com/
The games aren't up yet cuz Valve time. I wonder how much they'll be. They all appear to have their own URL. They're being done in cooperation with Night Dive, who've worked on I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, System Shock 2 and Harvester. A bit of a change of pace there!

When I looked at the new Humongous website, I thought, "Holy cow! 'Putt-Putt Joins the Parade' is now available as an app?!? This is awesome!" I am also very excited that they were able to start re-releasing the Junior Arcade games as apps.
Re: Getting Steamy
I just hope they start releasing more mobile apps soon. Tommo has only released Joins the Circus since they've taken over from Nimbus. I'm dying to play Balloon-o-rama and Some Assembly Required on my iPad.
Re: Getting Steamy
I guess they are releasing 28 games in small groups over the next couple of months. Snagging the first 6 to blow through this weekend. This is gonna be great.

Imagine trying to play Balloon-o-Rama on a touch screen. IMAGINE IT. It would suck. Tommo aren't stupid.

I have thought about it. It wouldn't be difficult. It's as simple as tapping or sliding your finger across the screen so Putt-Putt can move to catch Pep.
Re: Getting Steamy
Maybe, but I guess that would require some tweaking. There were actually a lot of strange technical things with the Nimbus ports.
Re: Getting Steamy
It seems old habits die hard, as they accidentally released the UK dub of Dry Cereal again. Fortunately they were quickly able to fix this making both the US and UK dubs available to Steam owners.

Yes, sadly. I was cherishing the thought of engaging with British Freddi & Luther before I realized it's only for Dry Cereal. Still....

You can get the UK version of FF4 on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Freddi-Fish-The-case-of-the-Hogfish-Rustler-of-Briny-Gulch-PC-ROM-/131170031577
Just make sure the cover art looks like the one I linked to. It comes in a DVD case.
UPDATE: Use this link. The one above is way overpriced and doesn't include the case. Stupid seller. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Freddi-Fish-PC-CD-ROM-Game-/351051768499
