i had to shrink it so it dose not go slow, also im really bad at making animated GIF's so i dithered the colors to show almost correctly

You do know that in most cases dithering is unnecessary, right? Although GIF images are limited to 256 colours only, they can be ANY 256 colours. That's how games such as Humongous games looked so good. They displayed in 256 colours, but changed those colours around as convenient.
