Can someone on here give me tips how to improve my forum?

Well, as some of you may know, I have a forum now. Even though I added signatures now, ranks and special ranks, points, reputation, chatroom, report system etc. and removed the toolbar at the top And it is working kinda well I still need to tweak it. Like, the icon at the top is nothing, just a template, I don't know how to create it myself, but I want to. And the custom quote, multi-quote, edit, delete and find ip butttons like so it looks customised and well.

Can some of you help me? I want to make the forum happen, but I need some help. I would link it, but that would be spam.
