Yes, it exists.

I don't know where you'd find it though.

I found it on ebay (in the UK though) and it's £12.99 or £13.00 (translated to $19.66 or $20.00)

Unfortunately, this version of this game is only available in Europe and Oceania, unlike all the other versions. I recently found another listing for the UK release on eBay (the one I linked to in my topic asking about why this version was never released in North America a few years ago is no longer available), so I'll have to buy it pretty soon and see if it will work on my PCs and my multi-region DVD player. Here's a link to it:

It will work on most normal DVD playing software, as the disc isn't region encoded. (Doesn't work on VLC though, as it's support of the DVD standard is incomplete.)

As far as DVD players sold in the US/Canada go, I find some will play PAL format discs, but only outputting PAL (most modern TVs sold here refuse to display the signal at all, even though it wouldn't be hard to - older CRT TVs will display it, but in black and white and rolling, so mostly useless anyway) some DVD players will refuse to play PAL discs at all, and only a few will be able to convert PAL discs to NTSC. (I can't vouch for the playback quality, but I doubt it's high.) You can see for yourself about your player's support for PAL discs, just by burning one.

Note that all the different versions have the same disc contents, only the packaging is different. (And some are easier to find than others.) The copies I have are French, a release that's very common.
