Well, as I sit here in my chair playing the aforementioned game for the umpteenth time, I realized that you can do a few things to get runs. Post them here.
I'll start with Steele Stadium.
-Hit the green roof for a sure home run

-Hit a ball down the lines for either a double, a home run or an inside the park home run

-Hit the ball over the left field fence while aiming for the pool

-Hit the ball into center field and hope that it has enough carry to get over the fence

Well, it's only three directions. The "Squared/Open/Closed" button at the bottom changes your stance, but clicking on different areas has no effect. I've learned this through saving.
