Something I Spotted on French Cover Art

Check out this French cover art for Putt-Putt Balloon-o-Rama + Dog on a Stick. (Yes, they were released together!)



In the bottom left corner, you'll see the logo of Fox Kids. For those who don't know, it was a European kids channel that later became Jetix, and then either Disney Channel, Disney XD or Disney Cinemagic. (depending on country)

Could this indicate that a "Pouce-Pouce" cartoon once existed, and aired on Fox Kids in France? (and other countries) Or perhaps it was a promotional thing, I wish I could read the text. (Also of note is that it sold for a budget price, about $20)

Update: just found a French person with a copy, and asked him if he could tell me what the text says. Maybe we'll get to find out! :D

Seems there's much MUCH more to this TV Show thing than we can ever hope to know about.  I have no idea what the small text next to Fox Kids says, but if I had to guess, it's implying that there was some kind of deal with Fox Kids in France and they were promoting some show in the making. It's weird how in the US, the show was pretty much forgotten after the initial news, while it seems have gone further than that behind the scenes, and made some deal to air on Fox Kids in France. It seems every time a new piece to this puzzle is found, more questions are raised than answered...

It could be unrelated though. Like how Atari stuck some games (Humongous included!) in cereal. Even in Europe. (Europe just got lameass demos though!)

Yeah, I see what you mean, it could have just been some promotion or nothing at all although we can't be 100% sure.

For now. If I can find out what the text says, I'll translate it.

Maybe it was supposed to be the network, which they planned to air HE's Cancelled Shows.

Maybe it even did. Fox Kids Europe man, there's some horror...

I do hope that Tommo, Inc. will revive the cancelled TV shows one day.

They were supposed to be adaptions of the games so HE fans can just relax and enjoy the fun.
