I think most people here know the unreleased Pajama Man game, "Future Dog: Dog of the Future", and "Conjure!". Well, I've got another couple of things for you.

First, another Pajama Sam adventure, this time in a world of toys: http://www.spektakle.com/portfolio/he_pjs4/he_pjs4.html

Second, a veery old message from a HE employee at one of the forums says this:

" We're also working on our first Ultimate Adventure (more mature than
Junior Adventure) called Bobo and Fletcher Go Deep Into The Congo, the
epic tale of a man and his ape. That will hopefully be out around
Winter 1995."

This game was mentioned in a couple of Ron Gilbert interviews (and he said he still considers it as a possibility), but what I find really exciting is a new series called Ultimate Adventure. Just imagine what sorts of games we could have had! And another thing...
The Junior Adventure logo was this:

The Junior Arcade logo was that:

It's very interesting what the Ultimate Adventure logo would have looked like.

That Pajama Sam 5 thing you said reminds me of Noddy. BTW, don't Noddy and Pajama Sam look alike?

That Pajama Sam stuff was for the fourth game Life is Rough When You Lose Your Stuff!—the Hungry Hungry Piggo ended up being the piggy bank in Leavins & Squeezins, and the pewter Roman soldier figure is listed in the game's debug map as an item that would've been found at the Sidetable Top (one of the areas that didn't make it into the final version of the game).

That's our Whatthe!

BTW, why did they take both the Roman solider and the Subtitles out of Pajama Sam 4? Surely, they have deaf people in Seattle?

Technically, we weren't supposed to see the subtitles in the older games to begin with. They were more of a remnant of the Scumm engine from the days when not everyone would have a sound card capable of speech and other digital audio. Not every machine had standard audio abilities like they do now. You could be running something like Parade on a machine with an SB16 while your neighbor could be using nothing but the PC speaker to play audio.
In fact, I think the subtitles being an official feature didn't come back until Backyard Baseball '03. Yeah, it took an entire decade before they realized the feature could be useful for kids who are deaf or hard of hearing. Go figure.

I believe Spy Fox 3 and Freddi Fish 5 had subtitles available.

No, Operation O.Z.O.N.E. and Freddi Fish 5 both use SCUMM.

I would like to see Pajama Sam's Toybox Game. I wish it could happen.
