On the right it says the photo was taken on December 6, 2007 (probably when it was posted) so was this to be a new project that was cancelled? Or an old drawing just recently uncovered? Sam: Thinking There's some more concept art under "Works by Tom Witte and Phillip C Kim" some about this Hover Board game and other unreleased games, but mostly random crap.

It's an old drawing for sure. I believe Tom Witte left Humongous in 2000 to join Ron Gilbert at Hulabee (there's a drawing for a Hulabee Monsters Inc. game in that Flickr set as well).

Hulabee didn't even exist anymore in 2008... and Ron was at Hothead games in 2008.

I know. The Hulabee drawing is old concept art as well. It was just uploaded to Flickr in 2007.
