Junior Adventure toys
I've never seen these before, but apparently they exist.

Does anyone actually have one of these?

I had that Pajama Sam figure in the middle a long time ago, as well as a real version of the Illuminator Mark VI that made sounds when you turned it on. Both of those got trashed years ago, but I still have a metal Pajama Sam lunchbox with scenes from PJ Sam 3 on it.

I used to have that set of plush toys. I might still have the Pajama Sam one packed away somewhere.

I do have the Putt-Putt plush. Always wanted the other plushies but never got them, which is only more depressing now since they're probably rare.

Re: Junior Adventure toys
I had a Putt-Putt plush without Pep, but I got rid of it, which I now see was a mistake. I have a picture of it somewhere, but I don't feel like looking for it right now.
I also had the aforementioned flashlight that Retrodude had. I also had a Putt-Putt watch that came with a two pack containing Putt-Putt Travels Through Time and Balloon-o-Rama. I also had two of the Dairy Queen promotional toys as I mentioned on the other thread.
And surprisingly, I even had a Pajama Sam BACKPACK at one point. It was a red rolling backpack with an embroidered skateboarding Sam on it. My teachers used to hate it when I popped out those wheels. Which I of course couldn't have cared less.

So the Pajama Sam backpack had popup wheels on his skateboard? Why did your teachers hate that?

No, silly, it's one of those backpacks on wheels. For some reason my teachers used to hate it when I rolled it instead of putting it on my back. Don't ask me why, they were weird.

I have this: pic.twitter.com/ZSC8EWW9
from an insert from one of the Blue's Clues games i have, it appears to have been in a set with the Redline Rick and Smokey toys from the OP's link. I also used to ave a bunch of HE books as well as a Freddi Fish watch (similar to 831's it came in a box set w/FF3 and Maze Madness), but they've either been garage sale victims, or are lurking in the enormous pile of junk known as my basement.

Putt-Putt's eyes give me the impression that he saw the Atari incarnation of Pajama Sam.

He looks really good from the front, the eyes only look weird from an angle. I also forgot to mention that pressing down on Pep makes him say one of 4 phrases, while his dashboard lights up and his tongue flaps up and down in time with the speech.

His eyes are about to explode! HIDE!!! QUICK!!!
As for the tongue, it reminds me of a Furby or an Elmo Live!

Re: Junior Adventure toys
Oh yeah! I remember these! Wasn't there a Freddi Fish toy that was like a hide and seek thing? She came with a bunch of undersea treasures, and you hid them, and she would say whether you were getting hotter and colder. I wanted it so badly, but it was $25, and when you're a kid and your parents give you a dollar for each hour you rake leaves, that's a lot of cash. I have the entire set of the plush toys, though! I think my brother had them all then gave them to me...

Re: Junior Adventure toys
I have quite a few HE toys/merch.
That's all I can think of right now. There might be more.
- Several books
- A Pajama Sam coloring book
- The Freddi plush with the objects to hide
- The PJS and Putt-Putt watches
- A six-inch Spy Fox plush
- All four action figures
- All of the Dairy Queen toys
- Freddi Fish Jelly Fish handheld game
- All of the original activity books that came with the games
That's all I can think of right now. There might be more.

A lot of the items you mentioned can be found on Humongous's old online store http://web.archive.org/web/20000610031816/http://store.humongous.com/ but were some of these available in retail stores? Where did you get some of these items?

A few things I bought on ebay but most of them I received as gifts way back when they were available in retail stores.

Re: Junior Adventure toys
I remember a while back, one went for sale on ebay, it sold for about 7 US dollars. I think this might actually be that exact same one http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/pajama-sam-figure--rare-toy-bonus since there is an ebay link. Amazon is currently selling a big plush toy of Pajama Sam for $59.99!! http://www.amazon.com/Pajama-Sam-S-I-D-Toy-Plush/dp/B00BERFXVO/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1362533549&sr=8-9&keywords=pajama+sam+toy

HE action figures
Sorry for resurrecting this old thread.
I remember seeing HE action figures at a toy store (it was kind of a mix between FAO schwarz and a school supply store-- so they had tons of HE stuff), but I never got it as a kid and am kicking myself because that was only time I saw them for sale. But J2xp had a good idea in using archive.org, so I took the wayback machine to a different point in time (around 2000).
And lo and behold, here are the action figures listed:

I would love to see what those posters look like. Unfortunately the images won't load. Has anyone found working images of the posters?
